Every Brock Built Home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty. We offer a friendly & knowledgeable staff to take care of repairs that may arise in your new home during the first year of ownership. At the orientation walk for your new Brock Built home, we will provide you with an Orientation Binder that contains a maintenance manual offered by the Quality Builders Warranty Company to help you with preventative maintenance in and around your home. Also included in the Binder are sub contractor names and contact numbers for your community. You will also received a yellow Homeowner Handbook, a publication of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Warranty Information for Our Brock Built Homeowners:
Welcome to your new Brock Built home. We are fully committed to making the warranty period a great success. As a homeowner, you are now responsible to provide preventative maintenance in and around your home. From changing the filter in your HVAC system to the caulking around your showers and bathtubs, there are many areas that you will need to maintain. It is important for you to understand the Brock Built Limited Warranty procedures.
Approximately eleven months after your purchase, it is your responsibility to contact our office to set up the courtesy walk. To contact us, e-mail our division office with the subject line “Courtesy Walk, lot #, sub-division, address, last Name”. If you do not have access to e-mail, send a letter to our corporate office address, “ATTN: Warranty Dept.” requesting the warranty walk. Be sure to include your sub-division, lot number, address, and telephone contact information. All warranty requests must be in writing (letter or via email).
In this walk we will review and correct any warrantable issues you may have. This list will be prepared by a Brock Built representative and will indicate items to be corrected that are consistent with the standards contained within the “Homeowner Handbook.” The yellow “Homeowner Handbook,” which you received at the signing of the contract, has been designed to provide a simple explanation of what your warranty covers. If there is ever any question as to if a particular item is covered under your limited warranty, please refer to this Handbook. We will correct any warrantable items as outlined in the Homeowner Handbook. The generated list will be completed in 30 days or less in most cases. Access to your home, ordering parts, or other issues could be a cause for delay.
We have provided a maintenance manual offered by the Quality Builders Warranty Company in your Orientation Binder as well. Also included are sub contractor contact numbers for your community.
If you have a problem or concern in your new home that is an emergency situation, follow the procedures as explained by your builder. An emergency would constitute a safety hazard to your family or a situation that would cause further damage to your home. Your safety is a priority for your builder.
