Thank you for choosing Brock Built for your homeowner journey. We work hard to build lasting relationships with our homeowners, and we appreciate the referrals you bring us. The best compliment you can give us is to tell others about your homebuying experience. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Referral Program. Learn about our Referral Program below and fill out the Referral Form to get started.

Program Details

1. Tell a friend or family member about Brock Built

2. Have them visit one of our model homes and write your name on their registration card

3. Your referral writes a contract on their new Brock Built home

4. We give you $1,000 when they close on their new home! 

*The Referral Program applies to select homes and some conditions apply. Promotion subject to change without prior notice. Referral must come from a buyer currently under contract or a Brock Built homeowner. Only available and payable at closing of the referral. Referral form must be presented at the time of the first visit and will be paid 30 days after closing. Referring party must register new buyer referral at https://www.brockbuilt.com/referral-program and new Buyer must mention referring party at time of contract to be eligible for referral payout. Homes must contract between 11/11/2025 and 12/31/2025. This offer does not apply to homes currently under contract. Specific terms apply and if the buyer is financing the purchase of the home, the buyer is subject to qualification including without limitation, minimum down payment, credit score, owner occupancy requirements, employment requirements and/or any investor guidelines or programs.
