Have your last summer hoorah at the Marietta Streetfest on September 16th and 17th located at the historic Marietta Square. There’s fun for the whole family with over 75 different art exhibits, a classic car show, the grassroots music festival and a kids area. This is the 26th year where the Marietta Street Fest takes over the Historic Marietta Square and is a perfect way to wrap up your summer. Walk over to Mangêt, just minutes from the Marietta Square, while you’re here to see the homes we have available.
The Suwanee Festival, also Sept 16-17th, is one of the biggest Georgia events happening in September. Experience the perfect place to take your family this weekend and you won’t run short of things to do at Suwanee’s Town Center Park. There will be plenty of arts and crafts, food vendors, rides, games, a parade, and various forms of live entertainment. Enjoy all that the Suwanee Festival has to offer. Our one-of-a-kind vineyard community in Gwinnett is nearby in Norcross. See Adams Vineyard while you’re in the area.
Fall Folklife Festival
Fall is a great season to celebrate all things southern at the Atlanta History Center’s Fall Folklife Festival. On September 23rd there will be lots of family-friendly activities to enjoy such as cooking demonstrations, pottery, story time, corn husk doll making, candle dipping, a bee encounter exhibit, and most importantly a folk art market. This marketplace is the highlight of the festival with jewelry, pottery, paintings, photography and more.
Peach State Chili Cookoff
On September 30th, you can help raise money for the Gift of Adoption Fund and sample some of the best chili that Georgia has to offer during the Peach State Chili Cookoff. Last year this tasteful fundraiser raised over $10,000 to help Georgia families and you can help! All you have to do is stop by the Suwanee Town Center Park and try some delicious chili.
