*ALL CLOSING COSTS INCENTIVE: Limited time Promotion valid on new home contracts entered into as of 11/1/19 – 12/31/19 (“Promotion Period”) and applies to inventory homes/move-in ready homes that can close on or before 12/31/19 at Brock Built’s Atlanta-area only, if: (1) qualified buyer chooses Seller’s suggested Closing Agent for closing, title services and title and finances with one of Seller’s Preferred Lenders; and (2) satisfies all other closing date and eligibility criteria (each, an “Eligible Home”). Not all Inventory Homes qualify as an Eligible Home. Seller will pay the Standard Closing Costs and all Additional Closing Costs at Closing to the extent applicable, excluding discount points, prepaid items or HOA Initiation Fees, which total contributions will vary depending on the Eligible Home selected and other restrictions described below. All Closing Costs Incentive may not be combined with any other offer, unless expressly set forth in Buyer’s Purchase Agreement Documents. Any unused amount is forfeited and may not be used as a Purchase Price Reduction. Total closing cost contribution subject to Seller’s contribution limitations based on mortgage program and loan to value guidelines that are outside of Seller’s control.
