As a builder of new homes in Atlanta, Brock Built is competing in the 2013 OBIE Awards. The OBIEs, which are sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council, give us an opportunity to be recognized for excellence. Last year, we were proud to bring home more than four OBIE awards, including the award for best community of the year-mixed use for our Atlanta new homes at West Highlands and for our Stonewycke III home design at Dupont Commons. This year, our entries for home design are in Cloverhurst, Idlewilde, West Highlands, Enclave at Laura Creek and Dupont Commons. We have also entered Dupont Commons in the Community of the Year category! The judges have recently made their visits to see our entries, and we want to thank our Brock Built team members and homeowners for all the help they have given us through the process. It makes entering and winning these awards each year more meaningful for us all! If you’re looking for an award-winning Atlanta home builder, look no further than Brock Built. Our traditional, modern and craftsman-style homes in Atlanta are all built under our GreenSmart standards, which means you can expect the best when it comes to energy-efficient features. Plus, all of our homes are designed with the features and finishes today’s buyers want, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, site-finished hardwood floors and Schlage touchscreen deadbolts. Our exteriors are maintenance friendly with combinations of James Hardie siding, trim and shake with brick and/or stone. Our new communities span the metro area from Oakhurst in Woodstock and Cloverhurst in Kennesaw to Glenaire in East Atlanta. We’d once again like to thank everyone involved in this year’s OBIE awards for their support, and we can’t wait for the big reveal on awards night!
