As a homeowner, you are now responsible to provide preventative maintenance in and around your home. From changing the filter in your HVAC system to the caulking around your showers and bathtubs, there are many areas that you will need to maintain. We have provided a maintenance manual offered by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Company to help you with this responsibility.
Emergencies:
If you have a problem or concern in your new home that is an emergency situation, follow the procedures as explained by your builder. An emergency would consitute a safety hazard to your family or a situation that would cause further damage to your home. Your safety is a priority for your builder.
